- Raw soybeans150 g
- Oat bran100 g
- Tomato sauce200 ml
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- In the pan put the garlic and olive oil and refog. Add the ready-made tomato sauce and salt, add and soy to cook.
- Let it boil and add the oat bran little by little. Keep mixing until it becomes a dough. Remove from oven and let cool.
- With a rim make the burgers.
- Put olive oil in the roast so it doesn't stick and pass a strand of olive oil over the burger.
- Bake at 180° until golden. Serve with tomato sauce
