- Olive oil50 ml

- Apple Cider Vinegar30 ml
- Sugar or honey30 g
- Blackberry or Blackberry Jam40 g

- Clean and separate ingredients and utensils
- Let the rice soak for at least 12 hours,
- After 12 pm, if you don't have that time, you can do it, but it will take a little longer.
- In a pan add the rice, water, garlic, bay leaf, 1/2 onion, let it cook, remembering that rice will not dry out, you have to try it, then remove and heat and strain, remove the bay leaf and discard.
- Separate the onion from the rice and garlic and set aside.
- Cut the leek to 8 cm and add to a frying pan with oil, a little water, honey or sugar, until cooked, then add the blackberry jam.
- In a frying pan, put oil, cut the onion and garlic that was reserved and chop the tomatoes, saute, add the rice, the walnuts,
- Assemble the dish and add the sweet and sour leek.
