  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Italian baguette or French bread (2 stale)1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste1 to taste
  1. Cut the baguette into 4 slices diagonally. The avocado or avocado in 4 and then before removing the skin cut only the pulp into strips and remove from the skin.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into slices and season with olive oil and salt and oregano if you like.
  3. Place the slices of bread in the oven to brown with a drizzle of olive oil.
