  1. Season the prawns with salt, pepper and paprika
  2. Season the wheat flour with salt, pepper and paprika in a separate shallow bowl.
  3. In another shallow bowl, place the eggs and beat lightly.
  4. In another container, spread the breadcrumbs
  5. Dip the shrimp in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. If you want a crunchier crust, repeat the operation.
  6. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns until golden. Serve with tartar sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
