- Wheat flour250 g
- Paprika (sweet or spicy) to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Oil500 ml
- Season the prawns with salt, pepper and paprika
- Season the wheat flour with salt, pepper and paprika in a separate shallow bowl.
- In another shallow bowl, place the eggs and beat lightly.
- In another container, spread the breadcrumbs
- Dip the shrimp in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. If you want a crunchier crust, repeat the operation.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns until golden. Serve with tartar sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
