  • Shrimp200 g
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Celery stalks2 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Butter50 g
  1. Clean the prawns and season with salt, garlic and olive oil. Reserve.
  2. Make the vegetable broth: cut the carrot, one onion and the celery and put it in, let it boil for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Make the risotto: in a pan chop onion and garlic, olive oil and sauté, add the rice and gradually add the vegetable stock until the risotto is cooked.
  4. Grill the prawns mix a little in the risotto and leave the other part on top, but first add the butter to give it flavor and shine. Now put the prawns. If you have thyme, add it.
