- Hake fillet3 kg
- Tomato500 g
- Parsley or cilantro100 g
- Chili100 g
- Onion200 g
- Garlic20 g
- Rosemary or Thyme or Oregano5 g
- Olive oil or oil50 ml
- Blend onion, garlic and a little parsley with oil in a blender to make a cream.
- Season the fish with this cream
- Roll up the fish and place it on the baking tray.
- After you finish making the fish roll, pass a thread of olive oil over it.
- Take to oven heated to 180° until golden. Remove the broth that remains at the bottom and put it in a pan on the fire. We will use it as a sauce.
- Cut the tomatoes into strips, the bell pepper, the onion and chop the parsley or cilantro. Throw in that sauce and leave it for 3 minutes
