  • Chicken fillet3 kg
  • Pepper500 g
  • Onion500 g
  • Tomato1 kg
  • Parsley1 to taste
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Oregano1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Season the chicken with garlic, salt and oregano. Place on the baking tray, drizzle with oil to make it soft and bake at 180° until golden.
  2. Remove from the roasting pan, take the bottom that remained from the chicken, add water and the tomatoes, onions and chopped peppers and bring to a boil. If it gets too thin, add a little starch dissolved in water to thicken the sauce.
  3. Plate and pour the sauce on top
