  • Raw Artoz300 g
  • Garlic1 g
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Oil1 to taste
  1. Heat the oven to 180°. Season the drumstick with garlic, lemon and salt. Place on baking sheet and bake in oven until golden brown.
  2. Making the cauliflower: put water to heat or steam it already cut. Season with olive oil, salt and fry garlic to throw on top.
  3. Make the rice: put ojeo and something chopped in the pan, add the rice, sauté a little, add water, two fingers above the rice. Cover, let it dry and turn it off.
  4. Let's put this one together so that hunger hit, right? Don't forget to like!
