- Medium diced chicken1 kg
- Pumpkin cabotia cubes500 g
- Tomato cubes2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion2 unit(s)
- Diced green and yellow bell pepper2 unit(s)
- Chopped Coriander1 to taste
- Chopped Garlic1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Palm or regular oil1 to taste
- Wheat Flour300 g
- Milk500 ml
- Margarine or butter150 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Cut the chicken into medium cubes. Season with garlic, oregano and salt. Grill in pan. Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato and sauté.
- Cook the cabotia pumpkin in cubes until it is very soft, put it in the chicken, wait with the fire off.
- Preparing the white sauce: in another pan put the butter, let it melt, add the wheat flour and stir until it cooks well, believe the milk is already hot and stir well. Make it very creamy.
- Put the sauce inside the chicken pan and turn on the fire.
- Stir well to dissolve the pumpkin and make it creamy, add the peppers, cilantro and stir. Adjust the salt and help yourself! You can eat with potato straw 😉
