- Chayote1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Cut the chicken into fillets and then into strips. Season with garlic, oregano and salt. Coat with wheat flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in heated oil until golden.
- Grate the chayote coarsely, season with garlic, salt and oil. Let the pan heat up, add oil and add the chayote. Leave aldente.
