- Chicken wing1 kg
- Potato1 g
- Kale1 to taste
- Rice300 g
- Garlic1 to taste
- Lime1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Season the wings with garlic, salt and lemon, nothing more. Cut the potatoes and put the same seasoning.
- Preheat the oven to 180° and bake the wings and potatoes in the same baking dish.
- Cut the kale and reserve. In the pan put garlic and oil and make the rice, cover with two fingers of water and add the salt. Tampe and let dry, hang up and book.
- When the wings are well golden turn off.
- In the skillet put garlic and oil and make the kale. Just let it wither a little and turn it off.
- Assemble the dish: use a rim or a bowl to make the rice ball, first place the cabbage and then the rice if it is in a bowl. If it's on the rim, put the rice and then the cabbage
- Add the potatoes and chicken and serve.
