- Italian Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Banana can be midget or earth1 unit(s)
- Diced chicken400 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Ketchup70 ml
- Mustard40 ml
- Garlic1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Cook the rice: garlic and oil in the pan, put the rice and salt. Sauté a little and add water until covered. Keep adding water until cooked.
- Make the stroganoff: cut the chicken into cubes. In the pan oil andgarlic thread. Put the chicken, add oregano and salt. Sauté, add the ketchup, mustard and bring to a boil. Now put the sour cream, bring to a boil and turn off. Reserve.
- Cut the zucchini into diagonal slices, season with garlic, salt and oregano. In a frying pan oil thread and grill on both sides.
- Cut the banana lengthwise, add a drizzle of oil to the pan, place the banana and let it grill.
