- Potato2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Make the rice: oil thread, minced garlic and rice in the pan. Two fingers of water above the rice, leave it in the fire until the water dries.
- Season the steak: garlic and salt, a drizzle of oil in the frying pan and grill on both sides for three minutes each side
- Cut the potatoes into sticks and fry in the heated oil. Remove and season with salt.
