- Breast or coxão (soft or hard) or sirloin or rump or sirloin steak5 kg
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Garlic head1 unit(s)
- Parsley half a bunch1 to taste
- Shoyu150 ml
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Red wine if you have200 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Cut the seasonings and hit the blender along with the soy sauce and wine.
- Season the meat with this marinade and let it rest.
- Preheat the oven to 160° and cover with aluminum foil for two hours.
- After two hours, see if it's cooked, remove the paper, cut it into thin slices and let it brown with the fat facing up.
- Take the sauce that is at the bottom, add water, put it in the pan and thicken it with a little starch to make it even tastier.
