- As in the video, start by sautéing the garlic, onion, peppers and tomato. Add the meat, sauté, put the spices, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce. When everything is well sautéed, deglaze with the sauce, add the eggs, herbs, and finish with fries. It is recommended to serve with white rice and/or salad
