- Pork ribs2 kg
- Potato2 kg
- Cassava Flour300 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Shoyu1 ml
- Garlic1 to taste
- Milk puree1 to taste
- Rosemary if you have1 to taste
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Potato all ingredients in the blender. Put the rib in a basin, throw that marinade over it and mix and let it rest.
- In the heated oven, place the pork ribs on a baking sheet, put all the marinade together. Cover with aluminum foil. 170° for an hour and a half
- Cook the potatoes, mash and puree with milk, butter and salt.
- Make a farofa: oil thread, onion in the pan and put the flour and finish with parsley.
- Ribs ready: take the sauce from the pan, put it in a pan, add a little water. Let it warm up and put a spoon of margarine. Thicken the sauce with a little starch dissolved in water.
