  • Filet Mignon Medallion2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Parmesan cheese50 g
  • Mozzarella cheese100 g
  • Mushrooms300 g
  • Olive oil50 g
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Cherry tomato100 g
  1. Medallion: season with salt, olive oil, garlic and black pepper. Reserve.
  2. Cream cheese: chop half an onion and let it brown in the pan, add the cream and the cheeses. Let it melt in a blender. Reserve
  3. Grilled mushrooms: half an onion in strips (Juliane) and chopped garlic in the pan, add the mushrooms and let them cook. Finish with soy sauce if you have it.
  4. Roasted tomato: in the olive oil skillet, place the whole cherry tomatoes. At high temperature let it gold, finish with salt.
  5. Grill the filet mignon: oven heated to 180° for 7 minutes.
  6. Cut the potatoes on the mandoline and fry them. Assemble your plate as shown in the photo and help yourself.
