- Oregano1 to taste
- Breadcrumbs500 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Toothpick1 to taste
- Chop the onion, garlic, cilantro and season the meat, also add oregano and salt.
- Cut the eggplant into slices. Place on the table and fill with the ground cane, rolling it up and pierce it with a toothpick to prevent it from unrolling.
- Coat in egg and then in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden
- Serve with salad or rice to accompany.
