Coriander1 to taste
Garlic1 to taste
Salt1 to taste
Oregano1 to taste
Breadcrumbs500 g

Toothpick1 to taste

Chop the onion, garlic, cilantro and season the meat, also add oregano and salt.
Cut the eggplant into slices. Place on the table and fill with the ground cane, rolling it up and pierce it with a toothpick to prevent it from unrolling.
