  • Medallion of beef tenderloin1 kg
  • Manioc2 kg
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes for garnish200 g
  • Milk1 l
  • Margarine100 g
  1. Season the medallions with garlic, salt and olive oil. Take it to the oven for 8 minutes at 180°.
  2. Make the puree: peel and cook the cassava, mash the potatoes well in a mixer, add the margarine and milk little by little. Adjust the salt.
  3. Debt in marmitinhas and you can freeze quietly.
  4. To defrost: place in the microwave with the lid half open for 5 minutes.
