  • Beef ancho in thick steak ce300 g
  • Broccoli in bouquet300 g
  • Sliced Potatoes300 g
  • Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Cassava Flour150 g
  • Chopped Garlic5 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Oregano1 to taste
  • Black Pepper Powder1 to taste
  1. Bovine ancho: season the ancho and set aside.
  2. Cut the potatoes into long slices, the onion into 4, the broccoli into a bouquet and season with salt, oil and garlic. From a pre-steamed one.
  3. Farofa: in the pan put oil thread, paprika pirada, put the flour and stir until it's crunchy.
  4. Oven heated to 180° place the beef and a drizzle of oil on top, place the onion and potatoes too. Leave for 8 minutes in the oven to get to the point.
  5. Obs. If you have morcilla, leave it in the oven for only 6 minutes. Help yourself, don't forget to like the recipe before eating!!! Haha
