- Beef ancho in thick steak ce300 g
- Broccoli in bouquet300 g
- Sliced Potatoes300 g
- Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Cassava Flour150 g
- Chopped Garlic5 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Black Pepper Powder1 to taste
- Bovine ancho: season the ancho and set aside.
- Cut the potatoes into long slices, the onion into 4, the broccoli into a bouquet and season with salt, oil and garlic. From a pre-steamed one.
- Farofa: in the pan put oil thread, paprika pirada, put the flour and stir until it's crunchy.
- Oven heated to 180° place the beef and a drizzle of oil on top, place the onion and potatoes too. Leave for 8 minutes in the oven to get to the point.
- Obs. If you have morcilla, leave it in the oven for only 6 minutes. Help yourself, don't forget to like the recipe before eating!!! Haha
