  • Mascarpone440 g
  • Butter165 g
  • Icing sugar300 g
  • Vanilla Extract1 tablespoon
  • Strong brewed coffee2 cup
  • Cocoa Liqueur100 ml
  • Champagne biscuit300 g
  • Dark chocolate200 g
  • Sour cream100 g
  • Cocoa powder50 g
  1. In the mixer, beat the butter, mascarpone, icing sugar and vanilla until obtaining a dense and glossy cream. Reserve
  2. In a plate, mix the coffee and the liqueur. Reserve.
  3. In a bowl, melt chocolate and cream, mix them until you get a smooth, shiny ganache. Reserve.
  4. In a refractory, have half of the mascarpone cream. Make a layer with champagne biscuits soaked in the coffee. Then make a layer with the chocolate ganache. Repeat a layer of cookies and finish with a layer of mascarpone cream.
  5. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Finish with sifted cocoa powder before serving.
