- Coconut oil4 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Fresh cream300 g
- Coconut Milk40 g
- Xikitol2 tablespoon
- Almond flour150 g
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Xylitol2 tablespoon
- Salt5 g

- Dough: add the almond flour, coconut oil, salt, egg and xylitol in a bowl, mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained, roll it out with the help of a rolling pin between two sheets of parchment paper and bake. in a preheated oven at 180°C, set aside.
- Cream: put coconut milk, fresh cream, and xylitol in a bowl and beat until you get a whipped cream texture, set aside.
- In a frying pan add the coconut oil and seal the pineapples, finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
- Arrange the elements on the plate according to the photo and finish with sprouts
