- Seasoned Beef Ribs1 kg
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Beef broth2 unit(s)
- Cassava500 g
- In a pressure cooker, sauté the ribs
- add the onion, garlic and let it sauté
- add the tomato, broth and water. Cover and leave under pressure for 25 minutes.
- Open add the cassava and let it cook under pressure for another 15 minutes.
- Then release the pressure and let it settle, adjust the salt if necessary.
