  • Flaxseed Flour1 tablespoon
  • Warm water3 tablespoon
  • Ripe bananas3 unit(s)
  • Brown sugar1/3 cup
  • Xylitol (can substitute with more sugar)1/4 cup
  • Vegetable drink1 cup
  • Coconut oil3 tablespoon
  • Almond flour1 cup
  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Gluten-free flour1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Extract to taste
  • Chemical Yeast3 teaspoon
  • Homemade chocolate hazelnut cream1/4 cup
  1. Prepare the flax egg by mixing the flaxseed meal and warm water.
  2. Add the other ingredients, incorporating well, leaving the chemical yeast last.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased shape with coconut oil. Finish by placing the homemade nutella and mixing with a toothpick. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 50min.
  4. Let it rest in the mold for 10 minutes to unmold. Wait for it to cool completely before cutting.
  5. You can freeze the slices and eat when you feel like it.
