  • Portobello mushrooms300 g
  • Butter (vegans can use olive oil)1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce (vegans can use soy sauce)2 teaspoon
  • Chives to taste
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Mini tomatoes150 g
  1. Melt the butter in a hot skillet
  2. If the mushrooms are large, cut them in half. Put the mushrooms and let them toast
  3. Add the grated garlic and let it brown a little.
  4. Bring I Worcestershire sauce and stir well so that the mushrooms absorb the sauce
  5. Turn off the heat and add the tomatoes, mix well. And finish the chives.
