  • Soy beans500 g
  • Vinegar300 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Soak the soybean overnight
  2. The next day, process the soybeans in a blender with water.
  3. With a cloth, remove all the bagasse
  4. Put the soy milk in a pan and bring to a boil.
  5. Turn off and put the vinegar until it starts to curdle and salt to taste
  6. With a sieve, remove the cut tofu and place it in a container to make it look like cheese, if possible put a weight on top to remove the liquid.
  7. Let it cool and you can store it in the fridge in water with a little salt to conserve.
