  • Tomato200 g
  • Onion50 g
  • Garlic10 g
  • Eggs150 g
  • Oregano2 g
  • Olive oil20 g
  • Salt15 g
  • Parsley50 g
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  1. Wash, cut off the ends of the zucchinis and cut them in half.
  2. With a spoon, remove the core, but leave the core of the ends so the egg cream doesn't fall out.
  3. Preparing the egg cream. Chop the tomatoes, onion and garlic.
  4. Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, eggs and salt in the bowl. Mix well and place inside the zucchinis. Bake in the oven until the cream is firm.
  5. Remove from the oven and add the cheese on top covering all the zucchini.
  6. Return to oven until browned and golden. Enjoy your food!!!
