- Tomato200 g
- Onion50 g
- Garlic10 g
- Eggs150 g
- Oregano2 g
- Olive oil20 g
- Salt15 g
- Parsley50 g
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Wash, cut off the ends of the zucchinis and cut them in half.
- With a spoon, remove the core, but leave the core of the ends so the egg cream doesn't fall out.
- Preparing the egg cream. Chop the tomatoes, onion and garlic.
- Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, eggs and salt in the bowl. Mix well and place inside the zucchinis. Bake in the oven until the cream is firm.
- Remove from the oven and add the cheese on top covering all the zucchini.
- Return to oven until browned and golden. Enjoy your food!!!
