- Soy Protein1 cup
- Chopped Potato1 unit(s)
- Chopped carrot1 unit(s)
- Pinto Beans1 cup
- Rice1 cup
- Garlic and Onion to taste
- Olive oil or oil to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
- I cooked the beans for 10 minutes under pressure, sauteed garlic, onion and spices in olive oil and added the cooked beans, left in the heat for another 10 minutes.
- I let the soybeans soak for 20 minutes, drained all the water and sauteed them in olive oil with the spices, added the carrots and potatoes and cooked for 20 minutes.
- I passed the zucchini on a grater, it should be very thin looking like spaghetti. I sautéed garlic in olive oil, added the zucchini, seasoned with salt and pepper.
- I made the rice very simply with just salt and water.
