Zucchini1 unit(s)
Soy Protein1 cup
Chopped Potato1 unit(s)
Chopped carrot1 unit(s)
Pinto Beans1 cup
Rice1 cup
Garlic and Onion to taste
Olive oil or oil to taste
Coriander to taste
Salt, pepper, paprika to taste

I cooked the beans for 10 minutes under pressure, sauteed garlic, onion and spices in olive oil and added the cooked beans, left in the heat for another 10 minutes.
I let the soybeans soak for 20 minutes, drained all the water and sauteed them in olive oil with the spices, added the carrots and potatoes and cooked for 20 minutes.
I passed the zucchini on a grater, it should be very thin looking like spaghetti. I sautéed garlic in olive oil, added the zucchini, seasoned with salt and pepper.
I made the rice very simply with just salt and water.
