- Chimichurry1 tablespoon
- Salt11/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Flour1 cup
- Grate the whole zucchini
- Put 1 col. of salt tea in it, stir and let it rest for 10 minutes to release water
- Squeeze the zucchini and let's season it
- Add the chimichurry, salt, olive oil and lemon, mix everything
- Add the yeast and flour and mix again.
- Shape the balls as you like.
- Can fry in oil, bake in oven or air fryer
- It can also be frozen before frying and is always easy to prepare.
- Too good for the day or snack.
