- Thin slice of zucchini4 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Toasted flaked almonds to taste
- Honey mastic flowers to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Peeled small garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Drizzle the slice of baguette with a little olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for 3 minutes.
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil and grill the zucchini slices, season with salt.
- Rub the garlic on the slice of bread, roll up the grilled zucchini slices and arrange on top of the bread.
- Add the almonds on top and drizzle with the honey mastic flowers. Serve immediately.
