Zucchini bruschetta with almonds and honey

  • Medium baguette slice1 unit(s)
  • Thin slice of zucchini4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  • Toasted flaked almonds to taste
  • Honey mastic flowers to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Peeled small garlic clove1 unit(s)
  1. Drizzle the slice of baguette with a little olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for 3 minutes.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil and grill the zucchini slices, season with salt.
  3. Rub the garlic on the slice of bread, roll up the grilled zucchini slices and arrange on top of the bread.
  4. Add the almonds on top and drizzle with the honey mastic flowers. Serve immediately.
