- Coconut milk450 ml
- Onion4 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Rice flour3 tablespoon
- Saute onion with salt. If it starts to stick, add a tablespoon of water so you don't have to add oil.
- Add the rice flour and mix well.
- Add the coconut milk and stir with the help of a whisk or fork to break up the flour.
- Stir for about 2 minutes. When it starts to thicken, turn off the heat and finish with oregano and salt.
