- I left the beans to soak for 8 hours then I cooked them with bay leaf and salt for 20 minutes. In another pan with oil, I sautéed the garlic, onion, peppers, salt, paprika, pepper, added the halved gherkins, covered with water, covered the pan and cooked until soft.
- I added the cooked beans to the gherkins, two chopped Cambuci peppers and one whole, finished with green smell.
