  • wheat or rice flour2 cup
  • warm filtered water400 ml
  • hydrated chia1 dessert spoon
  • oil3/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • yeast1 teaspoon
  • carrot3 unit(s)
  • string beans100 g
  • palm heart1 can(s)
  • corn and peas1 can(s)
  • seedless tomato1 unit(s)
  • garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  1. (MASS) Beat the flour, water, oil, chia, 1/2 raw carrot and salt in a blender. Finally, add the yeast and beat again.
  2. (FILLING) Put a little oil in a pan. Add the garlic cloves and let them brown well. Put the rest of the stuffing ingredients (except the hearts of palm) and sauté them all together. Put the palm heart and adjust the salt.
  3. (ASSEMBLY) Put half the dough in greased shape. Add the stuffing and the other half of the dough. Bake at 180° for 35min.
