- Noodles for Yakisoba150 g
- Edamame Grains150 g
- Assorted vegetables250 g
- Large Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Soy sauce for natural fermentation150 ml
- Water100 ml
- Maizena1.5 tablespoon
- Sunflower oil1 tablespoon
- Cut the vegetables and onion into large pieces.
- Steam the vegetables and edamame until they are al dente. Reserve.
- Cook the macaroni until al dente. Reserve.
- In a large pan, sauté the onion in sunflower oil.
- Add the edamame and saute.
- Add the cooked vegetables and pasta.
- Mix the soy sauce with the water and dissolve the cornstarch. (I add water so it doesn't get too salty and the cornstarch helps make the sauce creamier)
- Add this soy sauce mixture to the pan.
- Mix everything together and stir occasionally until the sauce thickens.
