- Zucchini on sticks300 g
- Okra (small and new)300 g
- Red bell pepper strips400 g
- Chickpea flour500 g
- Mustard Seed1 tablespoon
- Cumin Seed1/2 tablespoon
- Garam Masala1 tablespoon
- Chilled Fried Water300 ml
- Salt to taste
- Sunflower oil for frying to taste
- Mix the chickpea flour, water, salt and seasonings until you get a semi-liquid paste.
- Dip the vegetables in the mixture and fry in hot oil in a deep pan for 1-2 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
