  • Roasted Peanut without Salt1 cup
  • Granulated Tapioca Flour250 g
  • Hot water2 cup
  • Large Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Vinegar1 dessert spoon
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Paprika1 to taste
  • Oregano1 to taste
  1. Saute the onion in the oil.
  2. Blend the onion, hot water, peanuts, vinegar and salt in a blender.
  3. Transfer the mixture from the blender to another container, and add the granulated tapioca flour. Mix well.
  4. Line a Pyrex dish with cling film, place this mass, pressing well with a spoon. (Make a layer not too thin, not too thick.
  5. Let this mixture rest for 4 to 5 hours in the fridge, or overnight.
  6. Cut into cubes and bake in the air fryer.
