  • Sunflower seed hydrated for 12 hours200 g
  • Olive oil50 ml
  • Lemon50 ml
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Hot water1 cup
  • Garlic without the core1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fruits and nuts to accompany to taste
  1. The sunflower seed must be soaked to form a uniform paste.
  2. Portion the ingredients in the blender, except the hot water
  3. Add half of the water, liquefy everything, stop for a while, stir well, add more water until reaching the desired point.
  4. Mix well, check the seasoning
  5. Pass it to a refractory coated with plastic film so you can shape it
  6. Serve with nuts, fruit, chips. Cheese is super versatile and healthy ❤️
