- Cut the bananas and strawberries into slices and place in the freezer.
- After frozen, remove from the freezer and leave for 10 minutes outside, this will help the fruit to become malleable.
- After that, put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until it becomes a super creamy ice cream.
- You can freeze it in jars, it lasts up to 10 days in the freezer without oxidizing and is a great dessert option.
