  • Soybeans2 cup
  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Olive oil5 tablespoon
  • Pink salt to taste
  • Color to taste
  • Basil (spice) to taste
  • Chives (seasoning) to taste
  • Black Pepper Powder to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  1. Soak the soy for at least 5 hours, then put the soy in the pressure cooker and leave it on medium heat for 20 minutes, as soon as it cools, put it in the food processor.
  2. Grind all the soybeans with two cloves of garlic and then immediately transfer to a large platter, add the oil, salt, and all the Seasonings to taste.
  3. Mix everything, then slowly pour in the oatmeal and alternate with a little olive oil (if necessary), then start to knead with your hands and make balls.
  4. And finish the way you want, fried, roasted, with sauce.
