oat flour1 cup
flaxseed meal1 tablespoon
salt to taste
smoked paprika2 teaspoon
Onion Powder1 tablespoon
oregano1 teaspoon
olive oil1 tablespoon

Mix all the ingredients with your hands.
Open the dough with a rolling pin, cut a circle with a mold lid.
