  • Potato 🥔500 g
  • sour starch5 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice 🍋1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes and mash them as if you were going to make a puree. Add the lemon juice, salt and sprinkle and mix well. Place over low heat and add the oil. Keep mixing and let it cook for about 2 minutes. When it starts to loosen from the bottom, you can turn off the fire. Pour into a greased container while still hot. Place in the fridge for two hours or until it is at cutting point.
