  • Milk and Coconut200 ml
  • Pitted Dates3 unit(s)
  • Vegan chocolate bar100 g
  • Almond paste2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence1/4 teaspoon
  • Chocolate powder (for rolling)1/2 cup
  1. Blend coconut milk and dates in a blender. The milk should be smooth, with no pieces of date.
  2. Transfer the milk to a pan and bring to a boil. When it starts to bubble, turn off the heat and add the chocolate bar. Mix
  3. When the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is homogeneous, add the almond paste and vanilla essence. Mix well
  4. Place the chocolate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. When the chocolate is firm, roll the truffles with the palms of your hands, forming balls.
  6. Transfer the truffles to a plate with the cocoa powder. Roll each one to cover. Lightly tap each truffle to remove excess chocolate powder. Place in the fridge for another 1 hour before serving.
