  • yeast1 tablespoon
  • apple cider vinegar1 tablespoon
  1. preheat the oven to 180°C, whenever you make a cake it is interesting to put the dough in the oven already very hot. mix the flour, cocoa and sugar in a bowl. add the oil and water and mix well, until you get a homogeneous mass.
  2. add the yeast and vinegar last (in contact with the yeast it makes the dough soft, it doesn't taste like vinegar) and stir carefully, just to mix the yeast into the cake. because if you beat too much, it takes away the effect of the yeast
  3. grease a shape (I used rectangular size 20 x 29.7) with oil and flour, or you can put cocoa in place of the flour, so that the shell does not whiten
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes, or until the cake is fully baked (when you poke the cake with a toothpick, it should come out clean, which indicates that the cake is ready)
