- cauliflower;200 g
- chopped yellow pepper;60 g
- chopped carrot;60 g
- onion;50 g
- chopped seedless tomato;40 g
- from sunflower seeds;30 g
- tablespoons of chopped chives;3 tablespoon
- tablespoons of flaked vegan cheese;2 tablespoon
- tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil;1 tablespoon
- Juice of 1 lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste to taste
- Clean the cauliflower and drain the water.
- Grind in a food processor until it reaches a couscous texture.
- In a pan, brown the onion in the oil and add the carrot and cauliflower.
- Add salt, vegan cheese and lemon juice. Saute for two or three minutes.
- Turn off the heat and mix the tomato, pepper, seeds and chives. Serve hot, warm or cold.
