  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • cauliflower;200 g
  • chopped yellow pepper;60 g
  • chopped carrot;60 g
  • onion;50 g
  • chopped seedless tomato;40 g
  • from sunflower seeds;30 g
  • tablespoons of chopped chives;3 tablespoon
  • tablespoons of flaked vegan cheese;2 tablespoon
  • tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil;1 tablespoon
  • Juice of 1 lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste to taste
  1. Clean the cauliflower and drain the water.
  2. Grind in a food processor until it reaches a couscous texture.
  3. In a pan, brown the onion in the oil and add the carrot and cauliflower.
  4. Add salt, vegan cheese and lemon juice. Saute for two or three minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and mix the tomato, pepper, seeds and chives. Serve hot, warm or cold.
