  • 1 chopped carrot | 1 unit(s)
  • 1 chopped tomato | 1 unit(s)
  • 1/4 onion | 1/4 unit(s)
  • 1 clove of garlic | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Olives |  to taste
  • parsley |  to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed | 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric | 1 coffee spoon
  • Salt to taste |  to taste
  • Olive oil |  to taste
  • black pepper to taste |  to taste


  1. Put the tomatoes in the blender first
  2. Gradually add the carrot until it forms a pate consistency.
  3. Add the garlic, onion and flaxseed and mix well.
  4. Place in a pan and let it simmer over low heat.
  5. Add salt, pepper and turmeric
  6. Turn off the heat and add the parsley, olives and oil.
