- 1 chopped carrot | 1 unit(s)
- 1 chopped tomato | 1 unit(s)
- 1/4 onion | 1/4 unit(s)
- 1 clove of garlic | 1 unit(s)
- Chopped Olives | to taste
- parsley | to taste
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed | 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric | 1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste | to taste
- Olive oil | to taste
- black pepper to taste | to taste
- Put the tomatoes in the blender first
- Gradually add the carrot until it forms a pate consistency.
- Add the garlic, onion and flaxseed and mix well.
- Place in a pan and let it simmer over low heat.
- Add salt, pepper and turmeric
- Turn off the heat and add the parsley, olives and oil.
