Wheat Flour (Blessed Lady)3 cup
medium chopped carrots3 unit(s)
Soybean oil1/3 cup
Sugar1 cup
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Baking soda1/2 tablespoon
Orange juice (2 on average)1 cup
Coconut milk200 ml
Native cocoa powder or cocoa powder5 tablespoon
Chocolate sprinkles (optional) to taste
Sugar (if using cocoa powder)2 tablespoon

Hit the blender for 3 min: carrot, oil, sugar and orange.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, and gradually add the flour (while stirring with a spoon or spatula), baking powder and bicarbonate of soda, until smooth.
Unite the form with oil and wheat flour and heat the oven for 10 min.
Pour the dough into the form, and bake on average for 40 min (90 degrees). Do the matchstick test to see if the inside of the cake is baked.
Topping: in a pan, mix coconut milk, chocolate powder and sugar (if needed), boil for 5 min.
After baking the cake, still hot, make some cuts in the cake and pour the icing on top. Finish with sprinkles (optional)
