- Vegan Margarine100 g
- White sugar50 g
- Flour150 g
- Icing sugar100 g
- Fruit juice of your choice4 tablespoon
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Mix margarine and sugar together until creamy and sugar free.
- Add the flour little by little until it starts to mold.
- Spread a layer of flour on a surface and knead the dough for a few minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, leaving an average height of 1 cm.
- Cut into the desired shape and place in the oven. Keep an eye on it after 10 minutes, when it starts to brown it is ready
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack or large plate.
- For the topping, add the fruit juice spoons little by little to the icing sugar until creamy.
- When the cookies are cool, dip into the frosting and return the rack to drain the excess.
- Wait for the cover to dry and you're done!
