  • Vegan Margarine100 g
  • White sugar50 g
  • Flour150 g
  • Icing sugar100 g
  • Fruit juice of your choice4 tablespoon
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Mix margarine and sugar together until creamy and sugar free.
  2. Add the flour little by little until it starts to mold.
  3. Spread a layer of flour on a surface and knead the dough for a few minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, leaving an average height of 1 cm.
  5. Cut into the desired shape and place in the oven. Keep an eye on it after 10 minutes, when it starts to brown it is ready
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack or large plate.
  7. For the topping, add the fruit juice spoons little by little to the icing sugar until creamy.
  8. When the cookies are cool, dip into the frosting and return the rack to drain the excess.
  9. Wait for the cover to dry and you're done!
